We have the pleasure of working with the Idaho simulation network on an ongoing program to use virtual reality and immersive techniques to train first responders and public safety personnel. The advantage of this type of training is that it can be easily distributed in rural areas via a VR app, current smart phone, and an inexpensive Head Mounted Display. We take a lot of pride in being able to offer better training technology to the people that help and serve us in our communities at large. This simulation exercise documented the processes and procedures
pertaining to a child that has been injured and the emergency response that is necessary to save a young life. The simulation exercise made use of live actors and also a comprehensive training mannequin that could allow the medical and emergency response teams to practice their procedures in an almost lifelike process. The images and 360 video below are a snapshot into the overall simulation. 360 videos are best viewed on a mobile device in the Facebook app which allows you to move and rotate as you look around the visual experience.
