Radiologist Profiles - Boise Advanced Imaging
MARK BALDECK, M.D., D.D.S.
Dr. Baldeck attended medical school at Creighton University and completed a
radiology residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital. He completed
his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at University of Mississippi.
Dr. Baldeck is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and holds an additional
subspecialty Board Certification in Advanced Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
DIRK BIGLER, D.O.
Dr. Bigler attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He completed his radiology residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, Washington.
Dr. Bigler went on to complete a body imaging/musculoskeletal fellowship at the Medical
College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Dr. Bigler is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
JAMES ENGELHART, M.D.
Dr. Engelhart attended medical school and completed his radiology residency at Loma
Linda University in California. He completed his fellowship in Neuroradiology at
Loma Linda and went on to practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Seattle, Washington.
Further, Dr. Engelhart is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiolgy.
Dr. Engelhart is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and also holds a subspecialty
Board Certification in Advanced Qualification in Neuroradiology.
DAVID GILES, M.D.
Dr. Giles attended medical school at University of Minnesota. He completed his
radiology residency and Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Utah and
he also served as a visiting fellow at the University of California in San Francisco.
Dr. Giles practiced at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho for 18
years and is currently practicing at Mercy Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho. Dr. Giles
is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and also has additional subspecialty Board
Certification in Advanced Qualification in Neuroradiology.
DANIEL WEGNER, M.D.
Dr. Wegner attended medical school at Eastern Virginia University. He completed his
radiology residency at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington and, in
addition, served as a fellow in Interventional Radiology at the Mayo Clinic. He
is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology with additional Board Certification in
Advanced Qualification in Interventional and Vascular Radiology.
