The Image of Excellence
The MRI Center of Idaho was founded by a group of progressive physicians and individuals whose stated mission was to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging quality and to exceed both patient and physician expectations for service and patient care.
Our quest for excellence began in 1985 when we were the first and only center in Idaho to offer MRI exams. By the mid 1990s, we were among the top ten percent of imaging centers in the nation to seek and achieve American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation, which has now evolved as the gold standard for MRI image quality.
In 2002 we made another innovative leap by becoming the first non-teaching institution west of the Mississippi to implement revolutionary new EXCITE technology from General Electric, putting us at the same level as Stanford University Medical Center, Mayo Clinic and other top imaging centers.
Together with our partner, MRI Mobile, the MRI Center of Idaho has continued to provide the exceptional service and the clearest images technology can produce. We know that it takes three key elements that determine the most accurate final diagnosis:
